- All applicants must be 18 years by October, the beginning of the academic year
- Prospective students must have completed 12 years of grade school, or have in possession at the time of application,
a valid high school diploma
- Applicants must be fluent in either Russian language or English if they are applying to the English language campus.
- Applicants must be of good health and display good social behaviour and ability to integrate into a mature studying
environment as well as interact with people of all colours and nationalities.

the following criteria
You must be fluent in English language
Possess a high school diploma or certificate with reasonable pass mark
be of good character and good health
be at least 18 years of age by October 1
Demonstrate the emotional and social maturity necessary to adjust to a foreign environment.
